Billing:

At JTutes, we offer a transparent and efficient billing system to help parents and students save time. All credit/debit card details are securely stored and processed through a trusted payment platform. Your card information is encrypted, kept confidential, and deleted after tutoring services have ended.

Weekly tutoring, Lesson rescheduling , and Cancellations

At JTutes, we provide weekly tutoring for students committed to regular lessons. Our small, skilled team is able to offer the most value to students who maintain consistent weekly tutoring sessions. While rescheduling and occasional cancellations are acceptable, students who lack commitment may be removed from the tutoring schedule in favor of others on our waiting list who are seeking regular lessons.

Attendance Policy

If a student fails to attend weekly lessons without prior notice or approval, they may incur a termination fee equivalent to one PAYG hour if it has been more than 21 days since their last lesson. To cancel or reschedule a session, please contact your tutor directly at least 24 hours prior to the session. Failure to notify your tutor with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge. Please refer to our Information Pack for more details on our cancellation policy, termination policy, expectations for weekly lessons, and FAQs.

Termination Of Tutoring

If you decide to end your tutoring sessions, please contact us. Our Information Pack provides further details regarding our termination policy.

No Lock-in Contracts

JTutes does not require any lock-in contracts. You are free to discontinue tutoring at any time if you are not satisfied with the service. If you'd like to change tutors for any reason, we will arrange that for you. Please reach out to us directly at jtutes.aus@gmail.com to initiate any changes. Terms of Service for eBooks and CAS Commands

• By purchasing, downloading, or using the eBooks and CAS Commands (hereafter referred to as "Materials") provided by JTutes, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not purchase or use the Materials.
